Jeep Rentals in Belgrade from C$ 21

Long waiting for pick-up, nobody was present, got a too smal car where we could not put our luggage, my fellow passenger had to keep one big bag on the lap, when mentioned that to the staff, very rude answer there is nothing else with the explanation that the system allows more bookings then the number of the available cars, at drop off again nobody, all in all very bad experience and no excuses from any of the staff whatsoever

My car was canceled, there was not option for time pick up car, only was option pick up car at 12pm, my flight was arrived at 4pm, when I got there, they said that order was cancelled because I come late,

The car was not available for me. I had to go elsewhere to rent. My original flight was was delayed for 24 hrs. The phone number listed for National in Belgrade was not working (another thing!) so I called National here n US to tell them I will be arriving one day late. They told me the car will be secured for me in Belgrade and not to worry. When I arrived in Belgrade, National rep informed me that there is no cars available since I didn't show up previous day and that they never received any messaged form National in US regarding my delayed flight. I aske for any car but they said there is none available physically. so I had tpo go find another rental place where I paid almost $200 more for rental. Terrible experience!!
