Price was good, personnel and vehicles were great. Location is WAY off site, shuttle bus was packed, and people were left behind at the airport to wait for next shuttle. Location had a line out the door for people picking up their cars. Waited over an hour in line to get vehicle. Car was fine and drop off was good. At the end of a long day of travel, waiting in line for an hour to pick up a car put a bad taste in my mouth. Will never rent from Fox again.

The price doubled from original quote. Then the ridiculous toll costs. Car was a joke. It had bad breaks, leaky tire, shouldn’t be on the road. Don’t rent fox.

Just make sure to fill up your tank before dropping off! I'm glad I read reviews suggesting that or we would've paid $8.99/gallon. Which was nowhere in the contract until I saw my return receipt.

Do not use this rental company. They are only open from 9:00 am to 12:00 on Saturday. 3 Hours. They are also closed on Sunday. They let me make a 12:00 reservation and no one was there. They left early. Called Thrifty/ Dollar and they said there was nothing they could do. No where in the rental agreement said the hours of operation. I hope this helps.

A reservation is a reservation and this company wait till last minute to cancel my reservation, leaving me stranded in Orlando. Stay away if you don't want to be next!
