Wonderful handling vehicle at a reasonable cost. Pickup and drop off were very fast. The exterior of the car wasn’t entirely clean at pickup. It might be nice to have a “quick start cheat sheet” for basic controls on different models.

Customer service was great! I believe his name was John, and, though they didn’t have the car I had I had rented, they accommodated with an upgrade option, so thanks for that. The person who helped me was very courteous and helpful.

They did not respond to multiple emails attempting to cancel the reservation despite following instructions provided by the company. Car was never picked up.

We had difficulty contacting Sixt over the weekend as their phone systems were not working. But the manager and staff went beyond expectations in placing us in a great car for our trip. Helpful an courteous professionals at 808 Howell street location.
