Most upsetting was that despite us being a party of 3 we were seated completely separately in different rows in the middle row surrounded by strangers which meant that every time any of us wanted to move we had to disturb other passengers - often when they were trying to sleep. Add to this that the economy seats appear to be designed to be as utterly uncomfortable as possible and whoever designed them forgot that some (in fact most) people have LEGS - where are we supposed to put those? In baggage? Seriously I understand you need to make a profit but how can a human sit in a single tight position for 8 hours? It's torture
