The 787-9 aircraft has a 3-3-3 seating in coach and some of the narrowest seats I’ve ever been seated in on a plane at 17.3” wide. I’m 5’7” and had no leg room and when they reclined in front of me, the seat was resting on my knees. Made a long flight feel longer and rougher. Flight was fine. Staff was fine but I was most uncomfortable the whole time. I’ve traveled back and forth to Europe dozens of times. This was worse than being in the back row that doesn’t recline.
