This is a terrible airline. I booked again against my better judgement and will not do so again. They use lowly employees to take the brunt of their cynical behaviour. Avoid

The flight, overall, was good. The service was fine. At the same time, while the attendants were fine, I personally would've loved to see friendlier customer service. They are smiley when we board and disembark, but in the middle they're isn't much interaction.

The first flight from Toronto was services bad they were no screen at all to see anything or any information. This is the 1 st flight I saw like this. Come back from UK all good Nothing to complain.

Air Transat was pretty nice. The plane was nice and spacious and the pilot kept us up to date with delays. Problems were with the airports. Delays getting on and off, although very friendly staff in both airports. Will travel from Heathrow next time
